We offer several types of accounts for your savings, checking, and investment needs.

Account Descriptions
Money Market Account (S7)
Earn a higher dividend rate than Regular shares on balances of $2500 and above. You may make withdrawals in person at a lobby teller or ATM. Total checks and electronic transfers (including phone requests) cannot exceed 6 per month. Dividends accrue daily and are paid on the last day of each month. Each day the balance is less than $2500, the rate reverts to the current rate on the checking account. If the balance falls below $50, no dividend will be earned.
A set of 10 starter checks will be provided at opening. You may also purchase personalized checks.
Christmas Club Account (S3)
Use this account to set aside funds for purchasing gifts during the holidays, or to save for a special purpose. Deposit any amount at any time, or arrange for automatic payroll deposits. You may have funds in the account transferred automatically to your EFCU checking in November for easy access when shopping, or you may choose to leave funds in the account for later use.
There are no penalties for withdrawals, no monthly service fees, and no minimum balance fee. Dividends are earned the same as Regular shares.
VIP – Very Important Purpose (S4)
Use this account to save for special purposes, such as a vacation, items for the home, or even a home down payment. Deposit any amount at any time, or arrange for automatic payroll deposits. There are no penalties for withdrawals, no monthly service fees, and no minimum balance fee. Dividends are earned the same as Regular shares.
